Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Czech Koruna (CZK), Euro (EUR) and local country currencies. All transactions are processed in CZK or EUR. We accept payments via Shopify Payments, which includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other supported methods. Orders are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. If we cancel your order, we will refund any payments made.

Shipping & Delivery

All products are shipped from the Czech Republic. We currently ship to EU countries. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided on our Shipping Policy page. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or customs.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Product Information

Our candles are made with soy wax, cotton wick and fragrance or essential oils. Colors and scents may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products. Always follow candle safety guidelines provided on our website and packaging.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
